How do the wrinkles form that botox is used on? Is it due to skin elasticity? Or another reason?

I have a question, now the wrinkles people use botox for, how are they formed? Dose it have something to do with skin elasticity? Or what is the reason?

What is the best form of spa treatment used to reduce age spots?
I’m trying to find a spa treatment for my mother. She is very self conscious about an age spot above her eyebrow and wants to attempt to fade it with a spa treatment and is confused as to which one to use. I have researched the local spa in the major town near us and have found no treatment to fade age spots. Any suggestions?
